About this Underwriting Account Senior Representative role at The Cigna Group
- Support with renewals for Individual and SME business for Middle East and Africa markets.
- Work on Individual policy set up.
- Manage the individual underwriting team mailbox
- Prepare Table of Benefits for renewals and new business inceptions for corporate.
- Perform legal check on new quote census.
- Generate reports from system and do the needful formatting.
- Liaise with sales team to manage expectations on quote TATs
- Participate in problem solving activities to define problems, identify root causes, suggest solutions for continuous improvements of processes and procedures to work more efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize and adhere to internal guidelines and procedures to ensure that all assigned work is processed in timely manner and meet compliant standards.
- Support underwriters in other tasks, as needed.
