About this Training Officer | NAFSA role at Pakistan Single Window
This position is being recruited by Pakistan Single Window (PSW) on behalf of the National Agri-Trade and Food Safety Authority (NAFSA). NAFSA is being established as a strategic national initiative to strengthen Pakistan’s agri-trade ecosystem through enhanced regulatory oversight, facilitation, and modernization of food safety and trade processes. The selected candidate will be part of NAFSA’s foundational team, contributing to the development of systems, processes, and institutional capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Support coordination of training programmes including scheduling, participant nominations, confirmations, venue/virtual platform arrangements, and logistical preparations.
- Maintain participant lists and attendance records ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Assist in coordinating internal trainers and external training providers as directed.
- Maintain accurate training records including attendance sheets, feedback forms, certificates, and supporting documentation in structured digital/physical repositories or LMS (as applicable).
- Update employee training history and learning records in coordination with HRIS/LMS systems.
- Ensure secure and retrievable filing of training documentation in line with audit requirements.
- Draft and circulate training announcements, nomination requests, reminders, and post-training communications.
- Coordinate with departments for timely submission of participant nominations and approvals.
- Support preparation of training calendars and dissemination across the organization.
- Compile participant feedback and assist in preparation of basic training evaluation summaries.
- Update training dashboards and trackers reflecting programme status, attendance, and completion rates.
- Flag documentation gaps or inconsistencies to the Assistant Director.
- Assist in preparation of training materials, participant kits, and certificates.
- Support post-training reporting and record reconciliation.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Assistant Director (Training & Development) consistent with NAFSA's mandate.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (minimum 16 years education) in HRD, Education, Management Sciences, Public Administration, or related discipline (HEC-recognized).
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in training coordination, HR administration, or programme support roles.
- Experience working with training records systems or LMS platforms will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
