Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive (Fresher) to support our HR Operations team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in HR processes through prior internship experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and be comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Assist in background verification (BGV) coordination and employee documentation.
• Support attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, MIS reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate employee confirmation, probation, and separation documentation.
• Assist in maintaining HR policies, forms, and standard operating procedures.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and internal HR events.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
• Utilize AI tools to improve documentation, reporting, data analysis, presentations, and process efficiency.
• Perform other HR operational responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements
• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous internship experience in Human Resources is mandatory.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is mandatory.
• Hands-on expertise in AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar) is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with HRMS tools is an added advantage.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and embrace technology-driven HR practices.
