About the role:

The Trade Services Project & Operations Manager is responsible for the successful onboarding and delivery of products, services and projects into the business support team, ensuring a seamless experience for customers, members and franchise owners.  You will work closely with the sales team to ensure we are delivering a scalable and profitable proposition.

You will lead a team who manage the day-to-day customer & member/Franchise owner interactions, supporting them to ensure we deliver best-in-class service that consistently meets and exceeds expectations.

An important element of the role is driving our ‘back office’ supplier strategy, enabling members and franchise owners to leverage our scale for high-quality operational support. You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational problem solving in a fast-paced trade environment.

As a values-led leader, you will foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture and confidently engage with members and stakeholders by bringing the Belron values to life.

Location: Our Support Office at 1 Carmont Place, Mount Wellington, Auckland 1060

Hours: 40 hours per week

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience in middle management, ideally within a service-based trade industry.
  • Strong leadership and influencing stakeholders capabilities and experience.
  • Strategic thinker – able to think creatively, analyse complex data, and deliver innovative, commercially sound solutions.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with a proven track record of driving operational performance.
  • Skilled communicator with exceptional verbal and written communication, capable of simplifying complex issues.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills – with franchisees, suppliers, customers, and internal team members.
  • Proven coach and mentor, experienced in developing people ad creating purpose-driven, high-performance cultures.
  • Energetic, motivated and self-starting individual with a passion for achieving outstanding results through others.
  • Collaborative team player with a strong network and innate customer-first mindset.
