OVERVIEW
The TikTok Shop Media Associate is an entry-level role within the TikTok Shop team at SharkNinja, supporting the execution and day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop media campaigns. This role is ideal for someone early in their digital marketing career who has hands-on familiarity with TikTok and a strong interest in social commerce, performance marketing, and creator-led growth.
Reporting into the TikTok Shop organization, you will support campaign management, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination under the direction of TikTok Shop leadership. You will work closely with internal teams including Digital Media, Social, the TikTok Affiliate Lead, and the TikTok Commercialization team to help ensure TikTok Shop activations are organized, on schedule, and delivering results for SharkNinja brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support day-to-day execution and monitoring of TikTok Shop media campaigns, with guidance from TikTok Shop leadership
- Assist with campaign setup, budget tracking, bid adjustments, and creative rotation within TikTok Ads Manager and TikTok Shop tools
- Pull and organize performance data (ROAS, revenue, CAM efficiency, conversion rate) and surface observations to the team for review and action
- Help coordinate media execution for new product launches, including asset trafficking, timeline tracking, and reporting
- Support alignment between TikTok Shop paid media and creator/affiliate content by coordinating with the TikTok Affiliate Lead on timing and amplification
- Assist in preparing campaign performance recaps, weekly reporting materials, and internal updates for leadership
- Track campaign budgets, billing milestones, and deliverable deadlines, flagging discrepancies to the team
- Contribute to testing and learning agendas by documenting results and helping organize findings in a clear, actionable format
- Stay current on TikTok platform updates, new ad products, and social commerce trends; share relevant developments with the team
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media, or paid media — internship or project experience counts
- Hands-on familiarity with TikTok as a platform; direct experience in TikTok Ads Manager or TikTok Shop tools is a strong plus
- Basic understanding of performance marketing concepts (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate); formal training or coursework is acceptable
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to track multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel; experience with BI or analytics tools is a bonus
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment
- TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop, or paid media certifications are a bonus
