JOB SUMMARY: The Ticket Operations Coordinator would assist the Ticket Operations Team and the Business Intelligence Team in facilitating the ticketing needs of the Denver Broncos Football Club and special events at Empower Field at Mile High.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively lead and/or contribute to Key Responsibilities of the Ticket Ops Department outlined below:
- Responding promptly to all inbound requests via all mediums, to customers, partners, and internal team members, while displaying best in class professionalism, service, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- All aspects of ADA ticketing, including customer communications, ticket sales, seat relocations, inventory tracking, reporting, 3PE builds, and fan engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with all ADA policies.
- Documentation and overall process and fulfillment of annual STM transfers
- Preparing and executing all operational elements required for ticketed events at Empower Field at Mile High. This includes testing ticket office equipment to ensure systems are fully functional, organizing workstations and supplies, and verifying that all guest-facing signage is accurate, visible, and event-ready.
- Leading the Customer Service team in resolving ticketing issues for Broncos games and non-football events. Provide guidance on invoice and payment processes, ticket management procedures, account maintenance, and event on sale launches to ensure timely, and accurate resolutions.
- Establishing and maintaining a professional working relationship with stadium staff, partners, and clients. Sharing requested operational details and assisting with inquiries related to ticket activity and processes.
- Assisting with the onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing communication of part-time Ticket Operations staff. Coordinate weekly, weekend, and event-day staffing to ensure adequate operational coverage and provide on-site support to maintain efficient event execution and quality customer service.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of sports/entertainment experience preferred
- 4-year college degree or combination of equivalent education and experience
- Experience with Ticketmaster software preferred (Archtics, Host, EMT, tmONE)
- Ability to work all home Broncos games, other stadium events, nights/weekends and keep a flexible schedule
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
- Strong written and oral communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Provide outstanding customer service while working in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
- Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines for various projects
- Willing to learn, be creative and have a desire to succeed
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $46,000 - $52,000.
