Test Automation Engineer

missions 🛠

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites to ensure high software quality and reliability.
• Plan and execute non-functional testing activities, including performance, scalability, and system validation.
• Integrate testing activities into the software delivery lifecycle and support continuous quality practices.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of test strategies, methodologies, and QA standards.
• Evaluate and promote innovative approaches to quality assurance and test automation.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Advocate best practices in quality engineering and help drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  

your profile 👀

• 5+ years of experience in test automation and non-functional testing.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Tricentis Tosca (low-code test automation).
• Good knowledge of Robot Framework.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and CI/CD-driven testing practices.
• Experience with NeoLoad for performance and load testing.
• Familiarity with modern testing and AI-powered tools, such as Playwright and similar solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile and cross-functional environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a quality-focused mindset.
