Responsibilities

·       Utilize machines/ equipment/ tools to carry out assembly, disassembly and inspect functions of engines, its associated modules, parts, components or accessories.

·       Read and execute the standard operating procedures (SOP).

·       Solve technical issues and problems as appropriate when encounter in their daily work.

·       Assist the Operations Leader/ Assistant Foremen/ Cell Leaders in their daily operations to achieve production targets, corporate goals and discipline.

·       Carry out SAP transaction and make necessary changes to works order in SAP.

·       Carry out proper documentation.

·       Actively support and participate in EHS and Continuous Improvement and Ethics culture projects and any other corporate initiatives.

·       Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

·       NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering or other related engineering disciplines.

·       2 years relevant experience in engine or module assembly/disassembly/inspection or testing. Open to consider candidates with no experience with keen interests to pursue a career in aerospace industry.

·       Good understanding of technical drawing such as Engine Manuals.

·       A curious and learning mindset – we provide on-the-job trainings and certifications.

·       Internal applicant must be in current grade for at least 2 years prior to higher grade application.

·       Self-motivated to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management.

·       Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.

·       Commit to work on rotating shifts (Day & Night) and overtime on need basis.

·       Relevant technical experience in Engine MRO or Aerospace industry is a plus.
