  • Produce technical enablement materials for Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and partners.
  • Contribute to developer experiences including developer portals, product led growth motions, and ecosystem integrations.
  • Develop deep technical expertise in assigned products and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with team members across Marketing to develop the tools and processes that allow us to run on AI as an organization.

  • Working knowledge of enterprise software, cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, data management, AI, or related technologies with the ability to explain technical concepts, particularly AI concepts, in a clear and credible way.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Product Management, Engineering, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing organizations.

  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, content creation, research, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and recommendations, applying sound judgment regarding accuracy, relevance, security, governance, and business impact.
