岗位职责：

• 日常运行监控：负责配电房、水泵房、空调机房、电梯机房等核心设备机房的日常运行管理，确保各系统运行参数在正常范围内。
• 预防性维护：根据年度维护计划，组织落实设备保养工作（如变压器紧固清洁、冷却塔清洗、风机皮带更换等），确保保养执行率达标。
• 能耗管理：协助工程经理进行能耗数据统计与分析，配合落实节能降耗措施（如空调系统优化、照明控制等）。
• 设备台账维护：负责更新设备台账、维保记录、巡检记录等工程档案，确保资料完整可追溯。
• 一线带班：在重大维修、紧急抢修、大型活动保障等场景下，亲自带队现场作业，负责技术把关和安全监护。
• 技能带教：对技工进行日常技术指导，传授设备操作、故障排查、维修技巧等经验，提升团队整体技术能力。
• 安全监督：严格执行上锁挂牌（LOTO） 等安全操作规程，监督技工在电气、高空、密闭空间等作业中的安全行为，杜绝违章操作。
• 值班管理：安排技工排班，确保白班/夜班人员到岗，节假日值班力量充足。

岗位要求：

• 工程管理类工作2年以上，懂得排班；
• 持有电工操作证；
• 熟练电脑操作，办公软件使用；
• 有良好的语言表达能力和文字能力；
• 具有积极主动的工作精神
