As a Tax Manager, you will be part of an international tax team. In this role, you will be responsible, among other things, for U.S.-GAAP-aligned China tax compliance and tax reporting in quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of tax projects, depending on your individual strengths and interests. You will join a 10-person tax team based in global that will support you in your responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone seeking a well-defined core tax function while also wanting to grow and develop expertise in specialized tax areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or review tax provisions (current and deferred taxes, using tax software) for quarterly and annual financial statements, particularly for The Greater China or Asia group entities
• Assist with the preparation of the effective tax rate reconciliation
• Take ownership of the review of tax returns and tax reporting in collaboration with external advisors
• Participate in tax projects, as desired, based on individual interests and strengths
• Serve as a point of contact for tax-related matters across the group
• Support and manage tax audits, particularly in The Greater China.
• Closing working with global an local tax consultant to proceed bilateral APA b/t US and China
• Support local business being as internal consultant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s above on accounting or taxation major.
• +8 years of experience in a corporate tax department and/or tax advisory firm
• Sensitive tax mindset and profound tax knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Team-oriented mindset, strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
