Tanium Cyber Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Suitland, MD
Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI
Leidos is seeking a Tanium Cyber Infrastructure Engineer to manage endpoint management, vulnerability detection, patch compliance, real-time monitoring, and automation across NAVINTEL enterprise networks to support our customer in Suitland, MD.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deploy and administer Tanium Core, Module Server, Zone Servers, and endpoint modules for patching, compliance, and vulnerability management.
- Monitor endpoint health, reporting, automation, and SIEM integrations.
- Support incident response and forensic data collection.
- Maintain operational documentation, dashboards, and compliance evidence.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in CS, IT, IA or related area with 8+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Extensive experience with cyber infrastructure or security tool engineering.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Computer Network Defense (CND) operations and technologies.
- Professional experience designing, developing, integrating, implementing, operating, and analyzing cybersecurity technologies.
- Strong experience with Tanium or equivalent endpoint management platforms.
- Scripting/automation skills in PowerShell or Python.
- Knowledge of vulnerability scanning, endpoint compliance, RMF, and Zero Trust operations.
Required Certifications:
- Active IAT or IAM Level II/III DoD approved 8570 baseline certification, such as Security+ CE or CASP certification.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $107,900.00 - $195,050.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
