Systems Analyst (LIMS) - Lenexa, KS (MUST BE ONSITE) Full Time

As a Systems Analyst (LIMS) at ICON, you will contribute to our information technology function, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes across our clinical programmes.

What You Will Do:

You will take responsibility for software development and engineering deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide system administration and support for investigator payment-related applications.
  • Provide support for application development projects.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned applications and have a good working knowledge of other ICON applications and their impact on assigned applications.
  • Provide timely, high-quality support for system users and interface with users to collect study setup requirements.
  • Assist in technical setup of studies and escalate system-related issues to the Systems Manager and Support Manager.
  • Capture user feedback, participate in application user groups, and proactively engage users to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with application owners and IT for system improvements and training.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant software development and engineering experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field desired.
  • Experience providing system administration and support, along with a strong understanding of application development and experience supporting application development initiatives.
  • Proficiency as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned applications and familiarity with other ICON applications and their interactions.
  • Ability to adhere to ICON's values, emphasizing process improvement to meet client needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to provide high-quality support to system users and collect study setup requirements.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with the capability to assist in the technical setup of studies and resolve system-related issues.
