Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure and reliable on-premise infrastructure solutions.
- Partner with product teams to provide infrastructure expertise and technical guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with established governance, security, and operational standards.
- Engineer infrastructure solutions that meet non-functional requirements, including availability, performance, resilience, and scalability.
- Deliver hands-on support for datacenter-based platforms and infrastructure components.
- Identify opportunities to optimize infrastructure performance, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor by promoting engineering best practices and helping teams adopt secure and sustainable solutions.
Who We Are Looking For
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and learning new technologies.
- Experience supporting, administering, or engineering on-premise infrastructure environments.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure governance, security controls, and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of datacenter technologies and the principles required to deliver reliable and secure infrastructure services.
- Ability to translate non-functional requirements into practical infrastructure solutions.
- Experience working collaboratively with product, platform, or engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to technical delivery and support.
- Ability to balance reliability, security, scalability, and cost efficiency when designing and maintaining infrastructure.
