Purpose

Translate demand plans into actionable supply plans for Wholesale, ensuring optimal stock levels and service targets through close coordination with suppliers and internal teams.

 

Core Responsibilities

• Supply Planning: Develop and maintain accurate supply plans; calculate, review, and release purchase orders to achieve a ≥98% corrected service level.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels (€3–26M per planner; ~€60M total) in euros and DIOH; prevent obsolescence and write-offs (max. €24K/month).
• System & Data Management: Maintain planning system parameters and replenishment master data; create exception reports to monitor inventory status and supplier data quality.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze inventory and service level performance; make daily/weekly adjustments to the supply plan based on insights and exception reports.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in supplier performance reviews; liaise with demand planners, procurement, sales, and vendors to align supply with commercial needs.
• Exceptional Processes: Coordinate re-packing, export allocation, parallel import replenishment, consignment inventory, and bi-annual price change processes.
• S&OP Contribution: Align supply plans with vendor and inbound warehouse capacity; provide input to the Sales & Operations Plan for the relevant product category.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, operations, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. 2+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, inventory management, or a related field required. Certification in supply chain or operations management preferred. Certification in inventory management or equivalent preferred. Applies knowledge of purchasing, warehouse operations, and inventory practices to support supply chain activities. Analyzes inventory transactions and product flow to identify trends and support decision making. Communicates effectively with stakeholders to align operational requirements and resolve issues. Builds working relationships to support coordination across supply chain functions. Organizes tasks and maintains attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data and reporting. Implements processes to support performance tracking and operational efficiency. Applies decision making approaches to address routine operational challenges. Resolves inventory issues using structured problem solving methods. Utilizes systems and tools to manage data, reporting, and operational workflows.
