We are looking for an enthusiastic, and well-organized individual to join our team in the role of Supply Chain Contract Officer. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Procurement and Supply Chain Management, this individual will provide subject matter expertise in the effective acquisition of technically complex or commercially risky goods and services in support of Telesat company objectives and program needs, including Telesat Lightspeed, Telesat’s state-of-the-art network of highly advanced satellites in low earth orbit that will seamlessly integrate with terrestrial networks.  
 
Working closely with other functional stakeholders, this role provides the coordination with, and management of suppliers to ensure adherence to all contractual requirements. You will need to be capable of fully understanding requirements for completion of contractual milestones and other Telesat and supplier performance obligations under the contracts, relating to both deliverables and schedule and be able to analyze the contractual implications of proposed changes to specifications, statements of work, and other applicable documents.
