Western Australia | August - November 2026 | Major Shutdown Program

EnerMech is seeking experienced Supervisors with a strong background in Nitrogen Process operations, utilsing Nitrogen Membrane Units, HP Air Compressors and Dryers to support a major shutdown campaign across Western Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering critical maintenance and shutdown activities on a large-scale industrial project from August through November 2026.

About the Role

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading crews involved in Nitrogen purging operations during the LNG Plant shutdown, ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completion of operational activities following procedure and direction of the Project Engineer.
  • Assist in generation of operational records in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ensure that quality, health, safety and environmental systems are implemented and adhered to.
  • Supervision of technicians/ operators on-site.
  • Provision of daily report information to Project Engineer.
  • Control of operating location establishment and ensuring equipment and plant are fit for purpose.

Requirements

About You

  • To be successful, you will ideally possess:
  • Proven experience as a Supervisor on shutdowns, maintenance, or turnaround projects.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Nitrogen Processes, particularly Nitrogen Generation Units.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent understanding of industrial safety standards and permit systems.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Australian Working Rights.
