What You’ll Be Part Of
As a Software Engineering Intern, you will work closely with our team to develop portals and web frontends for AI-driven agentic tools. You will also support software and AI SME teams in testing and validating AI workflows, helping ensure that internal tools are usable, reliable, and aligned with engineering needs. This role is suitable for candidates who are early in their career, have a hands-on interest in AI tools for software development, and are eager to learn through practical implementation.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and enhance portals and web frontends for AI-driven agentic tools using modern web technologies.
- Work with the team to build user-friendly interfaces for internal AI workflows, demos, and engineering use cases.
- Support integration of frontend experiences with backend services and lightweight databases.
- Assist software and AI SME teams in testing, validating, and documenting AI workflows.
- Use AI-assisted software development tools to support coding, debugging, testing, and documentation activities under team guidance.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Basic bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- No prior professional experience required; academic projects, self-learning, internships, or hands-on practice are sufficient.
- Web development experience with Next.js or React.js.
- Basic backend familiarity with FastAPI and SQLite.
- Good hands-on understanding of AI tools for software development and how they can support coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Ability to learn quickly, work with guidance, and collaborate effectively with software engineering and AI SME teams.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Exposure to GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted software development.
- Exposure to MCP servers or interest in learning how agentic tools connect with external systems and workflows.
- Experience building small prototypes, dashboards, portals, or project-based web applications.
- Curiosity to explore emerging AI engineering practices and contribute to reusable internal accelerators.
