Job Description

Are you an ambitious, proactive, and self-driven individual with a passion to learn more about the pharmaceutical industry and use your theoretical knowledge from your education? If yes, join our teams in Sandoz and get a chance to work with essential pharmaceutical data simultaneously with your studies.

You will be part of the Regulatory Affairs Department of 21 motivated, knowledgeable, and highly skilled RA colleagues. The position is based in our Nordic affiliate located in Copenhagen in Ørestad.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Excellent proofreading and quality review of SPC (Summary of Product Characteristics) and PIL (Patient Information Leaflet) documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with required standards.

  • Close collaboration with Lifecycle Management (LCM) and Launch team members to support ongoing projects, coordinate activities, and facilitate smooth execution of initiatives.

  • Regular updating and maintenance of various trackers, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and readily accessible for stakeholders.

  • Providing administrative support through a range of ad hoc tasks, including documentation, coordination, and other operational activities as required to support the team's objectives.

  • Assisting with additional day-to-day activities and responsibilities to ensure efficient team functioning and project delivery.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

  • You are a Student at School of Pharmaceutical Sciences or similar (ideally currently studying 2nd year of bachelor´s degree)

  • Basic pharmaceutical understanding and a great wish to learn more

  • Have solid experience in working with the Windows Office package and in Excel

  • Danish or another Nordic language as mother tongue and fluent communication skills in English

  • You have a strong attention to details and are well organized

  • You are comfortable challenging the status quo and enjoy going the extra mile to drive strong results

  • You are highly reliable and committed with a strong personal drive

  • You are a fast learner, hungry for new challenges, and embrace change with a positive attitude
