The Impact You Will Make
Reporting into the Student Engagement Manager, this integral position will be the first point of contact for students from around Australia who need assistance to make the right decisions about postgraduate study.
Student Engagement Advisors are critical not only to our business, but to the students that they support. Each Student Engagement Advisor represents a partner university where they guide prospective students on the entire enrolment process from inquiry to application submission and enrolment into their course. You are counted on to provide thorough information about a universities courses and serve as a link between various departments. Depending on the needs of the individual student, Student Engagement Advisors provide not only guidance on processes, but support through the various obstacles a student may encounter.
How You Will Bring Our Mission to Life
What You Will Do
- Phone and email-based student outreach:
- Contacting warm leads who have enquired about our partner programs.
- Cross functional relationships:
- Working closely with Marketing, Academic Services and Student Support teams to ensure continuous feedback loop in maintained.
- Share any key insights with the broader teams for product development and industry connection opportunities.
- Data Integrity and Admin:
- Ensuring student records are kept up to date so that students receive the correct information regarding their application and/or enrolment.

- Client service-oriented individual with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to relate well to others and perform duties with a high degree of integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to professional ethical standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to build rapport and maintain meaningful engagement with prospective students
- Contribution to team enrolment targets and intake performance outcomes
- Consistent achievement of activity benchmarks such as calls, appointments, and talk time
- Contribution to continuous improvement initiatives, process optimisation and campaign effectiveness
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Experience That Matters Most
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of work experience in a customer service role, sales and/or education-related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Education: An undergraduate degree in any discipline is required.
- Attributes:

- Strong communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Location Requirements:
- Must reside in Australia.
