About this Strategy & Operations Analyst Intern role at Singulier
As an Operations Intern, you will support the Operations Manager on a broad range of strategic and operational topics that are critical to the smooth functioning and development of the firm.
From day one, you will contribute to high-impact internal projects across strategy, operations, process design and internal tool improvement. You will help structure analyses, coordinate action plans, support project follow-up and contribute to the continuous improvement of how the firm operates on a day-to-day basis.
Throughout the internship, you will gain broad exposure to cross-functional business topics while strengthening your analytical, organizational and execution skills in a demanding and entrepreneurial environment.
Depending on priorities, you may contribute to :
Strategy and business support
- Supporting governance topics and the preparation of strategic meetings and analyses
- Contributing to reflections on organic growth, intrapreneurship, external growth and partnerships
Operational planning and process improvement
- Helping design and monitor operational action plans across HR, finance, marketing and innovation
- Supporting the automation of existing processes and the implementation of new ones based on leadership team needs
- Contributing to the digitalization of internal tools related to project management, staffing and invoicing
Knowledge management and project operations
- Supporting the setup of knowledge management foundations and related procedures
- Helping ensure the proper management of data from completed projects
- Supporting consulting operations, including project kick-off and closing processes and team staffing follow-up
Requirements
What are we looking for ?
- You are currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent at a business school or engineering school
- You have at least 6 months of experience in an entrepreneurial, dynamic and demanding environment, or a similar experience
- You are fluent French and English, both used on a daily basis in our multilingual team
- You have advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- You have prior knowledge of the consulting sector is a plus
- You have a strong sense of organization, flexibility, responsiveness and analytical thinking
- You have excellent writing and synthesis skills
- Versatility, healthy autonomy and a strong sense of ownership
- An entrepreneurial mindset, strong initiative and a strong ability to work as part of a team
- Strong adaptability, ease with a wide range of stakeholders and a respectful approach
Process de recrutement :
- A first 30-minute call with HR
- A 1-hour call with our Operations Intern
- A final 1-hour call with our Operations VP

- Compensation : between 1300-1500 euros per month, depending on level of study.
