Job summary
Responsible for architecting, configuring, and continuously improving DigiCert’s financial technology stack across O2C, P2P, and R2R. This person operates as both a hands-on analyst and NetSuite Admin, owning end-to-end delivery for small and medium work and representing Financial Systems as the face of our support process. The role drives high automation, strong controls, predictable delivery, and low operational friction.
What you will do
- Architect scalable designs and drive automation outcomes across all finance cycles: business processes, approval structures, exception handling, controls/SoD, and data governance for O2C, P2P, and R2R.
- Deliver S/M work end-to-end: scope and size requests, write crisp requirements (change request / 1–2 page PRD), configure/build, test, deploy, document, and handoff (with support from impacted users and stakeholders).
- Own the GTM Finance Systems support ticketing process. Triage all support tickets submitted by users. Evaluate and deploy solutions to fix users issues.
- Prioritize bugs and tickets for the team.
- Own support queue health, dashboard, results, documentation, and configuration across NetSuite and integrated third-party platforms, and contribute to all functions.
- Operate a disciplined delivery model: Definition of Ready/Done, UAT ownership, release windows, and post-release stabilization.
- Provide Tier-1/2 support: triage new tickets, manage ticket assignments, troubleshoot incidents, manage root cause analysis, implement durable fixes, and produce documented learnings.
- Build and maintain reporting: saved searches, dashboards, reconciliation/exception reports, and operational KPIs for Accounting and business partners.
- Ensure compliance: proper access controls, segregation of duties, audit logs, and alignment with internal policy and control expectations.
What you will have
- 3+ years of practical experience implementing, administering or improving NetSuite, with strong ownership in at least one finance cycle (P2P, O2C, or R2R) and working knowledge of the others.
- Demonstrated ability to architect and implement efficient solutions across processes, controls, and systems—not just configure screens and deploy workflows.
- Experience partnering with Accounting teams and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, manage scope, and deliver predictably.
- Proficiency with NetSuite configuration tools (SuiteFlow, saved searches, roles/permissions, forms/fields, suitescript logging).
- Comfort working with data: imports/exports, reconciliations, exception reporting, and troubleshooting data quality issues.
- Strong documentation habits: process maps, design decisions, change management, SOP.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and make tradeoffs explicit.
- Experience in Agile/Kanban delivery models with clear DoR/DoD and WIP limits.
Nice to have
- NetSuite Administrator Certification.
- Accounting experience and basic understanding GAAP and IFRS.
- Experience with O2C and subscription billing platforms such as ZoneBilling, Maxio, RCB or comparable subscription/revenue management tools.
- Experience managing a support process related to NetSuite administration.
Success measures (first 6–12 months)
- Support function ownership is stable, well-documented, and extended across all functions: system health, architecture patterns for approvals/controls/exception handling, and delivery cadence are established and predictable.
- Can independently triage and support issues across O2C, P2P and R2R without requiring escalation to primary owners.
- Support outcomes are measurable: average time to ticket closure, number of tickets closed per period, number of tickets aged past x days, average time to ticket response/assignment.
- Backlog health: S/M work is current, well-scoped, and delivered predictably; incidents produce durable fixes and learnings.
- Audit/control posture improves via clean SoD, access governance, and evidence-ready processes.
Benefits
- Generous time off policies
- Top shelf benefits
- Education, wellness and lifestyle support
