We’re seeking a Sr. Experience Designer to lead end-to-end design across complex digital products at Concentrix. In this role, you will partner with Product and Engineering to create intuitive, user-centered solutions that balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. This is an opportunity for a strategic, hands-on designer who thrives on turning complex problems into impactful experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design from discovery through delivery, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and validation.

• Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, shape solutions, and deliver high-impact experiences.

• Champion user-centered design while aligning decisions to business goals and technical requirements.

• Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.

• Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that improve the user experience.

• Contribute to the design system and help elevate design quality through collaboration and feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping complex digital products; B2B, SaaS, or security experience is a plus.

• Strong expertise in UX design, including information architecture, interaction design, visual design, research, and usability testing.

• Ability to work independently, lead workshops, and drive design decisions with confidence.

• Experience translating research insights into design improvements and measurable outcomes.

• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with tools such as UserTesting, Miro, FigJam, Google Analytics, and Amplitude.

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted prototyping tools such as v0, Lovable, Cursor, Claude, and Claude Code.

• Excellent communication skills and advanced competency in English.
