THE ROLE: 

Join the Genius team helping sportsbooks level up with live data, expert services, and fan-first experiences that drive global engagement.

We're looking for a Sportsbook Customer Support Analyst to join our team in Tallinn. You'll provide day-to-day support to our Sportsbook clients, monitoring, investigating, and reporting on queries from teams across the business. You'll work closely with colleagues in our offices around the world.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Support our Sportsbook clients, resolving queries quickly and to a high standard
• Prioritise and solve incoming requests from internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams, helping solve problems and escalating to the Development team when needed
• Keep clients updated with clear, timely feedback
• Create and maintain a knowledge base of known issues and solutions
• Take on additional tasks from your line manager as needed
• Work in shifts between 7:00 and 20:00, including weekends

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• English at B2 level or above
• Good knowledge of standard computer programs and basic internet research skills
• Solid problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and stay accurate under pressure
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay organised

The monthly salary for this full-time role ranges from €1580 to €2100 gross. This role will also be eligible to take part in Genius Sports Group's benefits plan.
