What We are looking for 

As a Sportsbook CRM Specialist in Novibet, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel customer relationship management campaigns related to Sportsbook. You will work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Data teams to ensure our players receive personalized, engaging, and timely communications across all touchpoints.

What you will work on

• Plan, coordinate, and execute CRM campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc.) to drive retention and conversion for Sportsbook players.
• Collaborate with the Head of CRM to execute CRM strategies aligned with Novibet's overall marketing objectives. 
• Analyze customer data, market trends and campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, optimizing campaign effectiveness. 
• Develop Casino CRM roadmaps including market opportunities, curated sports events, promotions and other relevant activities.
• Partner with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling and relevant content for CRM and outbound campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
• Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategies that enhance player engagement and maximize revenue.
• Develop and manage personalized customer journeys tailored to the Sportsbook user, ensuring targeted communications at each stage of his lifecycle using CRM tools like Optimove. 
• Conduct A/B testing on campaign elements to identify the most effective strategies and iterate based on results.
• Regularly review and analyze CRM activities, generate regular reports and making actionable recommendations to improve ROI and customer experiences.

Requirements

What you bring

• Prior experience in CRM campaign management within the i-Gaming industry or similar online industries is highly desirable. Experience with online Sportsbook product is a plus.
• Strong data analysis skills to interpret campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions. 
• Ability to come up with innovative and creative ideas for CRM campaigns that can capture the attention of the target audience. 
• Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms for campaign execution, automation, and analysis like Optimove. 
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and data analytics teams. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines. 
• Being a Sportsbook player is a plus.
