Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time

Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. Position Details

  • Position: Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist

  • Compensation: $63–$65 per hour, based on experience

Position Summary

The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate patients and develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing speech, language, communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, clinically driven, and committed to helping patients achieve their highest level of independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing therapy

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members

  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and strategies

  • Participate in care conferences and discharge planning

  • Maintain compliance with applicable state, federal, and facility requirements

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program

  • Current California SLP license or eligibility for licensure

  • CCC-SLP preferred
