Central Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team!

We are currently hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN team members.

Compensation:

  • $60–$65 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation team members, and families.

  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license.

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs may be considered if applicable).

  • Skilled Nursing Facility experience is a plus but not required.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
