What You Will Do

• Greet members and guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and properly oriented to the locker room and spa facilities.

• Assist guests with their appointments and respond promptly and professionally to all interactions, ensuring maximum comfort and satisfaction.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked locker room at all times, replenishing amenities as needed.

• Collect and remove used towels, robes, and other items left behind to maintain a tidy environment.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all spa areas, including steam rooms, hot tubs, showers, and locker areas.

• Adhere to and enforce all locker room policies, etiquette, and safety standards.

• Uphold the Four Seasons’ commitment to excellence by providing genuine, anticipatory, and personalized service.

What You Bring

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel or resort.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.

• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, based on operational needs.

• A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
