Join Cisco’s Solutions Engineering team in Saudi Arabia, focused on Public Sector—where innovation and impact meet national transformation. As part of the KSA Sales organization, you’ll collaborate with some of the brightest minds in technology, partnering with Account Managers and cross-functional experts to design solutions that drive the Kingdom’s digital vision and drive the mega projects in the country. Your Impact
As a Solutions Architect at Cisco KSA-Public Sector, you will play a key role in shaping the technology strategies of our Public Sector clients. Working in a pre-sales capacity, you will partner closely with Account Managers to develop tailored, business-driven solutions and articulate the financial and strategic value of Cisco’s portfolio. You’ll deliver technical presentations, lead proof-of-concepts, and design architectures that demonstrate Cisco’s innovation across networking, security, cloud, and automation. Your ability to translate business needs into technology outcomes will position Cisco as a trusted advisor to Saudi Arabia’s government and enterprise stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales, solution design, or systems engineering.
- Deep expertise in Cisco technologies or equivalent competitor solutions.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, data center, and cloud domains.
- Proven experience engaging with enterprise or public-sector clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- CCIE certification preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced knowledge in SD-WAN, ACI, DNA, SASE, AI, Cloud, Automation, and Digital Transformation.
- Experience with AI/ML, Cloud-Native applications, Kubernetes, and Docker preferred.
- Familiarity with MLOps, AIOps, and and programming/scripting capabilities.
- Strong understanding of Cisco technologies and architecture, with proven cross-architecture experience to translate client objectives into comprehensive solutions across Cisco’s full portfolio.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences, coupled with strong executive-level communication skills.
- Solid experience engaging directly with customers, applying consultative selling techniques, understanding financial pain points, and aligning solutions with customer business models to drive value realization and adoption.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
