Education and Academic Background

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
• Recent graduates (within the last 2 years)
• 3.0 GPA (equivalent) and above

Soft Skills and Attitude

• Ardent desires to grow, learn innovative technologies, and develop skills in the fintech industry. 
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and mentors.
• A curious mindset with a keen interest in solving technical problems.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Able to work collaboratively within a team, take feedback positively, and contribute to group projects. 
• Demonstrated interest in software development and innovative technologies. 

Technical Knowledge:

• Familiarity with at least one programming language (PHP, Java, Go, JavaScript).
• Basic knowledge of web or mobile development.
• Basic understanding of databases.
• Skilled in leveragering AI as a tool
• Ability to understand and approach coding challenges logically.
