Team Overview:

The Technology team drives the design, development, and operation of the platforms, data infrastructure, and AI-enabled technologies that power IQVIA Digital's portfolio of solutions. Working in close partnership with Product and Data Management teams, the organization transforms evolving client needs into secure, scalable, and high-performing technology capabilities. Built on IQVIA's industry-leading healthcare data assets and privacy-by-design principles, the team leverages modern engineering, cloud, and artificial intelligence technologies to accelerate innovation, enhance product capabilities, and deliver differentiated solutions that create measurable value for clients across the healthcare ecosystem

Essential Functions

  • Analyze business and functional requirements for completeness and derive comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
  • Execute procedures to ensure all information systems, applications, and services meet organizational quality standards and end-user requirements.
  • Define and maintain master test plans that document the overall testing strategy, scope, approach, resources, and schedule for projects.
  • Execute manual and automated test scripts, documenting test execution results, defects, and resolutions.
  • Analyze test results and review test plans, test cases, and supporting documentation to ensure adequate test coverage.
  • Conduct risk assessments throughout testing cycles and provide lessons learned summaries following project completion.
  • Read, analyze, and interpret business requirements, functional specifications, and technical design documentation.
  • Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and testing documentation using established standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, product owners, and project stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Communicate testing progress, risks, issues, and recommendations through clear written and verbal presentations to management and internal customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies and testing practices.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
  • Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and defect reports.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Technical Skills

  • Experience using Jira for defect tracking, test execution management, requirements traceability, and Agile project collaboration.
  • Experience with API testing using Postman and Swagger, including validation of REST and SOAP services, integrations, and data integrity.
  • Experience testing applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and GCP), including validation of functionality, performance, reliability, scalability, and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with database testing and validation of data accuracy and integrity.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and quality engineering best practices is preferred.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł124,000.00 - zł230,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
