The AI Enablement Office is transforming how work gets done across the enterprise. As a Senior Advisor, Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), you will partner directly with business and technology leaders to solve meaningful challenges through AI, automation, and digital solutions.

In this highly collaborative role, you will bridge business strategy and technical execution, helping teams rapidly move from ideas to real-world outcomes. You will identify opportunities, shape solution strategies, build and deploy innovative capabilities, and demonstrate measurable value that improves efficiency, decision-making, and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, uncover opportunities, and define innovative solution approaches.
  • Lead discovery efforts that translate business challenges into actionable technical requirements and delivery plans.
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI, automation, data, and digital solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, and delivery teams to create scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Build prototypes, proofs of concept, and minimum viable products that validate value and accelerate decision-making.
  • Guide solutions from concept through production while ensuring stakeholder alignment and adoption.
  • Drive successful transition of mature solutions to long-term product, operations, or technology owners.
  • Identify reusable components, patterns, and best practices that can be leveraged across multiple business initiatives.
  • Advocate for innovation and continuous improvement while helping expand adoption of AI capabilities across the enterprise.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, artificial intelligence, data solutions, automation, or technology delivery.
  • Experience delivering enterprise technology solutions from concept through implementation.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology organizations.
  • Experience working independently and effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with Generative AI, AI agents, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or machine learning solutions.
  • Experience developing cloud-native solutions, APIs, and modern software applications.
  • Experience within healthcare, pharmacy, insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Background in consulting, product management, innovation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and product-centric development practices.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 130,200 - 217,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
