About this Social Media Producer & Editor role at LatamCent
About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Producer to be the hands-on engine behind our YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram channels. This person turns raw creator content and real-world moments into polished, publishable social content, and owns the calendar that gets it all out the door on time.
This is not a management role. There's no team to run. Instead, this person works closely with marketing leadership to understand what needs to go out and how much, then owns execution end to end: editing, repurposing, scheduling, and when needed, shooting original content in the field.
This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile, self-directed creative who thinks like a producer, always considering the final output, even while capturing raw material.
Success in the first 3–6 months means:
First 30 Days
Get up to speed on FlipaClip's content channels, brand voice, and existing creator relationships.
Take ownership of the monthly content calendar and begin independently scheduling and publishing.
Build a working rhythm with marketing leadership on content volume and direction.
By 90 Days
Reliably repurpose long-form creator content into short-form assets across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram without heavy oversight.
Demonstrate range across editing, and ideally illustration/animation or basic photography and videography.
Cover at least one live event, expo, or creator meetup, producing usable content from the ground.
By 6 Months
Be the default owner of day-to-day content execution across all three channels.
Anticipate content needs proactively rather than waiting on direction for every asset.
Have a track record of turning raw creator submissions into content that performs.
Key Responsibilities
Edit and repurpose long-form creator content into short-form social assets (e.g., turning a 20-minute animation into a punchy 1-minute clip).
Own and execute the monthly content calendar across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, no dropped posts, no missed dates.
Shoot original content when needed, at events, expos, trade shows, or creator meetups, understanding that the person appears behind the camera, not in front of it.
Work from creative direction and volume targets set by marketing leadership, without needing detailed task management.
Bring a producer's mindset: think about the final output while still capturing raw material.
Travel internationally as needed to cover events, sometimes on short notice.
Stay current on trends and formats across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience editing and producing short-form video content for social platforms.
Highly organized and self-sufficient, comfortable owning a content calendar with zero day-to-day management.
Comfortable working behind the camera in live/field settings (events, expos, meetups).
Able and willing to travel internationally, including on short notice.
Valid passport with no visa restrictions that would block travel to major markets (confirm case by case).
C1/C2 English proficiency, written and spoken.
Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote, distributed team.
Highly Preferred Qualifications
Illustration or animation skills, this is an animation-first brand, and native creative range here is a strong plus.
Basic photography/videography experience beyond editing.
Familiarity with animation, creator, or gaming communities.
Prior experience in a producer, coordinator, or generalist content role (not a specialist editor-only background).
Hard Disqualifiers
Needs significant creative direction or task management to stay productive.
Unwilling or unable to travel internationally.
On-camera-only skill set with no editing/production range.
Compensation & Logistics
Remote position, open across Latin America.
Full-time or contract.
Travel: expect periodic international travel to cover events; visa flexibility is a real requirement, not a nice-to-have.
