2.    Be responsible for shift operators regular training and work evaluation, keep the team be well managed and engaged. 负责班组操作员的定期培训和工作评估，保持团队的良好管理和参与感。 
a.    Evaluate operator’s performance in monthly level. 每月评估操作员的表现
b.    Update team skill matrix, develop operators skill by regular training/refresh training and test. 更新团队技能矩阵，通过定期培训/复训和测试来提升操作员技能
c.    Be the owner to collect and report quality finding, Near Miss, Idea Banks etc issued by operators, to encourage the team to build EHS, Quality and continue improvement sense.作为负责人，收集并报告操作员提出的质量发现、近失事件、创意库等，鼓励团队建立EHS、质量和持续改进的意识
d.    Be the owner to prepare and nominate operators to join the company level appraise.作为负责人，准备并提名操作员参加公司级评估

职位要求：
1.    Bachelor degree in chemistry or at least 5 years’ production experience in chemical industry. 化学学士学位或至少5年的化工行业生产经验。
2.    With ability to read email and SOP in English. Fluent to listen and speak.能够阅读英语邮件和标准操作程序（SOP）。流利的听说能力。
3.    EHS and Quality sense to work in chemical plant is required. Must have the ability for trouble shooting. 具备在化工厂工作的EHS和质量意识，必须具备故障排除的能力。
