Specifics:

· Strong communication skills with contractors/agents

· Explain settlement amounts and deduction information

· Responsible for settling up to 80% of the revenue billed to contractors, carriers and agents

· Fast paced—responsible for processing certain volumes daily

· Verify trip report miles match the system and that fuel receipts are with paperwork to give fuel credit

· Answer phones and handle any inquiries the contractor’s may have

· Follow up with drivers on any issues with paperwork

Qualifications:

· High school diploma

· Strong math skills and logic

· Good customer service

· Ability to multi-task

· High attention to detail, accuracy

· Strong communication skills
