The Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of analysts and technicians to ensure that service standards are consistently met. This role involves coordinating daily service activities, conducting audits and inspections, and providing guidance and support to team members. The Supervisor works closely with the Service Operations Supervisor and other department leaders to develop and implement service improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, addressing nonconformance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Supervision:
• Oversee daily activities of Service Operations Team
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
• Provide guidance and support to team members
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Address any performance or disciplinary issues

Service Scheduling and Dispatch:
• Create and maintain service schedule
• Assign service calls to team members
• Coordinate with clients to schedule service appointments
• Ensure timely and efficient dispatch of service technicians
• Monitor and adjust schedule as needed to meet client demands

Quality Service Delivery:
• Monitor service technician performance and ensure quality service delivery
• Address any customer complaints or issues
• Implement corrective actions and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Conduct quality control checks and audits
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Performance Metrics:
• Track and analyze service performance metrics
• Generate reports and present findings to management
• Identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
• Implement strategies to meet or exceed performance targets
• Communicate performance updates and progress to team members

Standard Operating Procedures:
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for service operations
• Ensure team members are trained on and adhering to procedures
• Continuously review and improve procedures for efficiency and effectiveness
• Communicate any updates or changes to team members
• Monitor compliance and address any issues or concerns

Team Mentorship:
• Empowerment: Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and skill development.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams to align processes and achieve goals.

Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with at least 2 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• In-depth understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Experience with inventory management software and systems.
• Ability to develop and implement inventory optimization strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of international trade laws and customs regulations.

Job postings will include a wide salary range, with each role's pay falling within that range. The starting salary is based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and market conditions.
