About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Service Sales Engineer to drive sales growth for HVAC service solutions, including Service Agreements, Preventive Maintenance, Repairs, and Upgrades for chiller and non-chiller systems. This role combines technical knowledge with customer relationship management to help customers optimize their HVAC operations and equipment performance.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Service Agreements, preventive maintenance, repair, and upgrade solutions for HVAC systems, including chillers and non-chillers.
Identify opportunities to expand service business with existing and new customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions.
Coordinate with internal service and technical teams to resolve customer issues and support project execution.
Support business development activities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to improve sales performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in HVAC, engineering, industrial equipment, or technical services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Good command of Thai and English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Own vehicle and valid driving license.
