Senior Service Advisor – Charles Hurst Lamborghini Belfast
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Basic Salary £29,000 per annum plus up to £6,000 bonus opportunity
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 5:30pm, Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm on a rota basis

A rare opportunity has arisen to join the team at the brand-new Charles Hurst Lamborghini Belfast showroom. As we prepare to open our exciting new retail and aftersales facility, we're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to help deliver the exceptional experience our customers expect from one of the world's most iconic automotive brands.
This is more than just a Service Advisor role. It's a chance to become part of an exclusive luxury brand, working alongside passionate automotive professionals in a state-of-the-art environment. You'll play a key role in creating unforgettable customer journeys while supporting the smooth operation of our Aftersales department.
Reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager, you'll be supported through ongoing manufacturer training and development opportunities, helping you build a rewarding career within the Lamborghini network.

Responsibilities
- Managing customer bookings for servicing, repairs, maintenance, and warranty work
- Delivering a luxury customer experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection
- Providing clear and professional advice on vehicle requirements, repairs, and manufacturer recommendations
- Identifying opportunities for additional products and services where appropriate
- Coordinating with workshop teams to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Managing a high volume of customer interactions across telephone, email, and digital platforms
- Keeping customers proactively informed throughout the service and repair process
- Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring all systems are updated correctly
- Supporting and mentoring team members while contributing to a positive, high-performing culture
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience using Kerridge/ADP or similar dealer management systems
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
- A genuine passion for the automotive industry and delivering world-class customer experiences
