Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst who can lead requirements discovery with clients, understand the technical and user-experience considerations of native mobile applications, and translate complex business needs into clear, development-ready requirements for our iOS and Android teams.

 

Required skills

 

- Senior-level experience as a Business Analyst in digital or software projects.
- Experience working directly with clients and leading requirements workshops and presentations.
- Ability to turn business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules and process flows.
- Good understanding of native iOS and Android applications and common mobile features such as authentication, permissions, push notifications and deep links.
- Working knowledge of APIs, backend integrations and third-party services.
- Ability to identify missing requirements, edge cases, dependencies and delivery risks.
- Experience working with mobile and backend developers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers and Product Managers.
- Ability to recommend backlog priorities based on business value, dependencies and implementation effort.
- Experience with Agile delivery, Jira and Confluence.
- Professional fluency in English.

 

Nice-to-have skills

 

- Experience in a digital agency or multi-client environment.
- Experience with payments, loyalty programmes or identity and authentication systems.
- Familiarity with Figma and UX/UI workflows.
- Understanding of mobile analytics and crash-reporting tools.
- Familiarity with App Store and Google Play release processes.
- Awareness of mobile accessibility, security, privacy and GDPR requirements.
