Responsibilities Will Include:
- Work with local business partners and our global finance team ensure financial health and drive business improvement forward.
- Assist with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across the organization.
- Identify, create and track key metrics in relation to revenue and using the relevant metrics to drive modeling and analysis
- Coordinate pipeline analysis/revenue plan/forecast cycle with all key stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to make data simple, accessible, and actionable
- Provide data on trends and forecasts to senior management
- Provide ad hoc reports and financial modeling for specific asks and questions raised
- Produce monthly financial statements, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
Background Requirements:
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, account analysis, and month-end activities
- Fluent English is an essential requirement.
- High energy with the ability to work both independently and with superior business partnering skills
- You have strong analytical, problem-solving, data driven, and reporting skills.
- Ability to multi-task and can prioritize competing demands.
- Ability to navigate, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with various computer systems and large data sets.
- Bachelor’s degree completed in accounting, finance, or related field.
