About the role

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will demonstrate high-level technical and functional competency around the core ATS/CRM platform. You will either lead the implementation of packaged offerings across multiple Bullhorn product lines or provide expert support on those projects. You’ll also continuously further your expertise in multiple Bullhorn applications and applicable soft skills. You will work closely with the customer and internal teams to understand customer requirements, provide expertise to deliver appropriate solutions, and manage expectations to deliver an incredible customer experience.  

A typical day will include...

  • Working with sales engineers to lead client-facing technical requirements gathering sessions. 

  • Operating as the key liaison between Bullhorn's business units, technology teams, QA, and support teams.

  • Working closely with clients and development teams as data is being gathered to ensure comprehensive and accurate transfer

  • Working closely with clients to help them identify how Bullhorn can help them solve business problems while keeping expectations within Bullhorn capabilities and offerings.

  • Analyzing client business processes, needs and strategies to document and validate required functionality and rationalize functionality with appropriate technology solutions.

  • Proactively communicating and collaborating with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirement


 

This role is a fit for you if…

  • You have experience, establishing a technical vision for complex, Enterprise projects

  • You have 5+ years demonstrated experience in the definition and execution of Enterprise software projects.

  • You have experience with web technologies, languages and frameworks (SOAP, REST, Java, JavaScript, SQL).

  • You have strong verbal, written, organizational, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Bonus points for…

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline

  • Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.

  • Experience using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and reusable components.

The annual base salary range for this position is $123,318 - $150,000 In addition, this role is eligible for an annual target bonus & a comprehensive benefits package.
