About The Role

Fundraise Up is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager (GTM-focused) to own the go-to-market strategy and performance for new segments, defined as new verticals, customer types, and geographies across mid-market, enterprise, and strategic tiers.

This is a senior, cross-functional leadership role that bridges Product, Demand Generation, Sales, Customer Success, and Content. The GTM PMM is accountable for driving measurable growth in new segments and by defining the audience, shaping the commercial strategy, orchestrating execution, and tracking business impact.

You’ll be a key strategic partner to executives, guiding where and how Fundraise Up enters new segments, ensuring that every go-to-market motion is data-backed, aligned, and profitable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own go-to-market strategy for new segments including defining audience, positioning, and success metrics, and taking that plan from validated opportunity to full execution in partnership with the Market Research PMM.
  • Set and own commercial targets for each segment with RevOps and Sales, pipeline influenced, closed-won revenue, adoption, and report results directly to executive leadership.
  • Run the GTM operating model end to end: milestones, owners, KPIs, and reporting cadence, keeping every launch aligned to company and marketing OKRs.
  • Partner with Content, Rev Marketing, and Marketing Management to turn segment positioning into campaigns, case studies, and enablement assets built for each audience.
  • Lead sales and CS enablement for new segments including messaging frameworks, playbooks, and talk tracks that give go-to-market teams real confidence in unfamiliar markets.
  • Identify partner-specific opportunities with the Partnerships team and fold them into the broader segment plan.
  • Drive senior-level alignment across Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing on priorities, timelines, and what winning looks like, and run quarterly GTM reviews that turn results into a clear call on scaling or cutting a segment.
  • At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve.

Skills and Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • 8-12+ years in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, or Commercial Marketing within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional GTM launches tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience driving growth across multiple segments, whether by vertical, customer type, or geography.
  • Experience running integrated GTM across a range of channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, content, social, partnerships, and lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to build and interpret data to measure adoption, pipeline impact, and ROI.
  • Deep collaboration experience with Product, Demand Gen, Sales, CS, and Content teams.
  • Executive-ready communication and presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape decisions.
  • Operates with urgency, ownership, and strategic clarity in fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in the nonprofit solutions space.

You'll Thrive Here If You…

  • Treat ambiguity as the starting point, not a blocker - you build the plan instead of waiting for one.
  • Take ownership of outcomes, not just deliverables, and hold yourself accountable to the number.
  • Move comfortably between spreadsheet and stakeholder conversation, translating data into a decision.
  • Give and take direct feedback without ego, because the segment's success matters more than being right.
  • Get energy from stitching together Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing into one coordinated motion.
  • Are honest about what isn't working and say so early, not after the quarter closes.
  • Want to shape how Fundraise Up expands into new markets, not just execute someone else's playbook.
  • Default to speed without cutting corners on rigor.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $157,000 - $171,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings). Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role's requirements and location.

Perks & Benefits

  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.
  • FSA and HSA Spending Account.
  • 20 days of vacation, 5 sick days, 11 company holidays plus an additional 1 floating holiday.
  • 401(k) plan with company match.
  • 100% Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance and AD&D.
  • Paid parental leave (12 weeks for primary caregivers / 6 weeks for secondary caregivers).
  • Generous home office stipend to support your remote workspace.
  • Annual professional development stipend to support your growth (e.g., workshops, courses, and seminars).
  • Charitable giving program and paid volunteer time off with registered non-profits.
