The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco

Moloco is rebuilding how the company operates around AI, and you will own the product for the platform that makes it possible — the shared foundation every Molocan builds on, from engineers to growth managers who have never written a line of code.

This includes defining how we:

  • Provide governed access to models, internal data, and company knowledge through a common platform and a shared context layer
  • Give teams the building blocks to create real AI products: agents, tool interfaces, retrieval and knowledge services, reusable skills, and the evaluation harnesses that keep them trustworthy
  • Host, secure, and observe what Molocans build, with permissions, spend controls, and safety guardrails on by default
  • Decide what parts of this platform Moloco buys versus builds

The Opportunity

Moloco has moved quickly on internal AI. Hundreds of Molocans already work every week through agents and skills wired into live advertising data and company knowledge. The next step is to turn that momentum into a durable platform: one set of foundations that any team can build on quickly and safely.

That is your charter. As a Product Manager on the newly formed Business Technology Product & Engineering team, you will be the product owner for this layer. You will partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, IT, and Go to Market to deliver a single roadmap across data access, agent and application hosting, citizen developer tools, and evaluation.

Two constraints make the problem interesting. The safe path has to be the fastest path, or builders will find their own way around it. And the platform has to treat non-engineers as first-class users without lowering the bar for what ships.

The scope is also unusually broad for an internal charter. Our product group spans both internal and customer-facing solutions, so the foundations you prove inside Moloco inform what we ship to advertisers — and what we learn from customers comes back the other way.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

  • 7+ years of experience, with 5+ years in Product Management
  • Proven track record owning a developer platform, an infrastructure product, or internal tooling end-to-end — your users were other builders, and you know what makes them adopt a platform or work around it
  • Hands-on fluency with the modern GenAI stack: MCPs, agents, knowledge systems, and evaluation. You build with these tools, not just write specs about them
  • Strong analytical instincts — you instrument what you ship, and you can tell durable adoption from activity
  • Track record of turning an ambiguous, cross-organizational problem space into a roadmap that several teams will execute against
  • Able to serve non-technical builders as a primary user group without diluting engineering rigor
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly collaborative, and globally distributed teams
  • Preferred: Experience building internal platforms in a high-growth B2B company
  • Preferred: Background in ad tech or performance marketing
