Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Product Managers to design realistic product scenarios and create high-quality reference deliverables reflecting senior-level PM work. The role focuses on PRDs, product strategy, roadmaps, launches, executive reviews, prioritization, and cross-functional communication. Experts will also evaluate AI-generated product outputs and help define what excellent product-management work should look like. No prior AI experience is required.
CONTRACT: Contractor assignment
LOCATIONS: Remote, US-based
HOURLY RATE: $60-$100/h
NOTES: Candidates should have substantial Product Management experience in a major technology company (FAANG) or comparable high-scale environment.
Responsibilities
- Design realistic product management scenarios based on real-world workflows and decisions.
- Create gold-standard PRDs, launch memos, roadmap materials, executive updates, and cross-functional briefs.
- Develop product strategy scenarios involving prioritization, trade-offs, customer needs, and execution decisions.
- Evaluate AI-generated deliverables for structure, reasoning, technical depth, and stakeholder clarity.
- Define detailed evaluation rubrics for senior-level product-management outputs.
- Identify common weaknesses such as vague objectives, missing trade-offs, weak prioritization, or unclear success criteria.
- Apply established PM frameworks when developing and evaluating tasks.
- Ensure scenarios and deliverables reflect authentic, high-impact product workflows.
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI-generated product-management outputs.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional Product Management experience.
- Experience working in a major technology company or comparable large-scale/high-growth product environment.
- Hands-on ownership of PRDs, product roadmaps, launch documentation, and executive presentations.
- Strong experience with product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap development.
- Practical knowledge of PM frameworks such as Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), opportunity solution trees, or prioritization models.
- Experience working closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent written English, with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to both technical and executive audiences.
- Experience developing polished, decision-oriented product documentation.
