Your Job
This job is for you if you put the client at the center and know how to use email to move the needle. As CRM Executive, you act as the subject‑matter expert for email as a key lifecycle driver, helping customers get the most out of Statista’s insights.
Design and optimize email programs that are highly relevant for our clients and keep email as a high‑performing, scalable and compliant channel across regions (from APAC and Europe to the Americas).
Shape, build and operate email campaigns, sequences and trigger‑based flows in Braze, continually refining structures, timings and logic based on performance and testing.
Define email content and messaging logic, using data‑driven insights and AI to adapt messages to different audiences and lifecycle stages.
Responsible for Braze administration across all Statista teams sending email via Braze, including ownership of workspace configuration, user access and permission management, as well as technical email deliverability settings (sending domains, IPs, and related configurations).
Use your solid HTML skills to QA and adjust templates so emails render cleanly across clients and devices and remain easy to maintain.
Monitor performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue impact) and user engagement signals, and turn insights into a clear optimization and testing roadmap.
Work closely with Sales, Customer Success and Product to align email journeys with onboarding, in‑product and self‑service motions, driving adoption while keeping the client experience front and center.
Partner with Marketing Technology to secure strong automation, clean integrations and robust personalization capabilities in Braze.
Your profile
3–5 years of experience in CRM or email marketing; experience in a B2B environment with subscription or consumption‑based business models is a plus.
Braze Mastery: Excellent, hands-on expertise with Braze; you are confident in in-tool administration, including managing workspace settings, user permissions, and technical deliverability configurations (domains/IPs).
Proven track record in designing and operating end‑to‑end email journeys, including automated sequences, branching logic and trigger‑based flows across the full customer lifecycle.
Advanced Personalization & Automation: Proven ability to use Liquid logic, APIs, and real-time data to trigger highly personalized experiences within a CRM ecosystem.
Solid HTML skills for email, including the ability to understand, adjust and troubleshoot templates and ensure high‑quality rendering across devices and clients.
Strong analytical mindset with experience working with segmentation, cohorts and performance dashboards; comfortable turning metrics into hypotheses, tests and clear actions.
Testing Rigor: Experience setting up A/B experimentation structures, creative, and copy tests and regularly feeding results into the broader team.
Compliance Mindset: Solid understanding of Data Protection (GDPR/international privacy laws) and how they apply to list management, consent capturing, and automated processing.
Familiarity with using AI in the email context (for example content generation, subject line testing or dynamic variations) and curiosity to keep experimenting with new capabilities.
Communication Skills: Native‑level English skills (written and spoken).
