• Providing strategic planning (urban/town/regional) advice across multiple districts
• Coordinate with project leads and teams to support design evolution and project development
• Researching and designing planning policies to guide development.
• Maintain relationships with all stakeholders involved in the planning process
• Monitor the progress of approval processes and resolve delays or issues
• Maintain accurate records of submissions and correspondence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, Urban/Spatial/Regional and Town Planning - mandatory. (Master's degree preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in Urban/Spatial/Regional and Town Planning
• Partnerships development and activation planning
• High resilience, ownership mindset, and delivery orientation
