Introduction to the Job

ASML US, including its affiliates and subsidiaries, bring together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips. We design, develop, integrate, market and service these advanced machines, which enable our customers - the world’s leading chipmakers - to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics. Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, Netherlands and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Chandler, Arizona, San Jose and San Diego, California, Wilton, Connecticut, and Hillsboro, Oregon.

Role and Responsibilities

You will design and deliver training that supports both individual growth and organizational performance. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure learning solutions align with business needs and production goals.

As a Senior Learning Specialist, you will:

  • Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions using modern learning methods
  • Facilitate hands-on training for manufacturing teams with a focus on safety and quality
  • Plan and manage training programs, including scheduling and stakeholder communication
  • Adapt learning approaches to meet different learning styles and encourage participation
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to curate and develop relevant training content
  • Maintain and update training materials to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Support continuous improvement of training programs and organizational initiatives
  • Up to 10% travel annually within the US and internationally

Education and Experience

To help us tackle the technical challenges we face, you will need experience working on high-tech products and with complex processes.

As Senior Learning Specialist, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in adult education, human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience as a trainer, educator, or learning facilitator
  • Experience delivering training to adult learners in professional environments
  • Experience supporting training in a technical or engineering environment preferred
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools and learning management systems is a plus

Other Information

  • This position is located on-site in Wilton, Connecticut. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation
  • There is potential for exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage and currents.

You must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
