About this Senior Inside Sales role at Carrier
Key Responsibilities
Manage sales forecasting, annual budgeting, SKU planning, and product phase-in/phase-out activities.
Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and cross-functional teams to support customer demand and production planning.
Maintain relationships with international customers and Customer Sales Engineers (CSEs) through regular communication and business reviews.
Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, transfer pricing (TP) updates, and manage pricing databases.
Maintain SAP master data, price lists, and quotation records.
Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely product delivery through close collaboration with internal teams.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Lead customer factory visits and coordinate customer-related activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Export Sales, or Commercial Support, preferably in the HVAC industry.
Experience in pricing, forecasting, customer management, and sales operations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across global teams.
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong English communication and presentation skills.
