ABOUT THE ROLE

Senior Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions that support product and platform initiatives across the organization. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong ownership, collaboration, mentoring, and technical leadership.

The engineer will shape technical direction, influence architectural decisions, and drive engineering excellence while enabling scalable software delivery through reusable platforms, shared components, design systems, and modern development practices.

Job Description and Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design and implement complex software solutions and platform capabilities

  • Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decision making

  • Develop and maintain shared frontend capabilities, reusable UI components, and design system assets

  • Drive modernization initiatives and adoption of engineering best practices

  • Mentor engineers and support technical growth across teams

  • Improve application quality, maintainability, accessibility, security, and performance

  • Partner with Product, UX, and Engineering stakeholders to deliver business value

  • Identify and address technical debt, scalability challenges, and platform opportunities

  • Drive adoption of AI-assisted software development practices across engineering teams

  • Create and maintain structured technical specifications for specification-driven development workflows

  • Use AI tools for planning, implementation, testing, documentation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing while maintaining engineering quality standards

  • Establish best practices for integrating AI capabilities into the software development lifecycle

  • Evaluate, validate, and govern AI-generated solutions to ensure compliance with architectural, security, and quality standards

  • Promote reusable engineering patterns that improve delivery speed without sacrificing maintainability or reliability

  • Design, develop, and maintain internal AI-powered engineering tools that improve frontend development productivity

  • Contribute to platforms enabling generation of applications, components, tests, and documentation from structured specifications

  • Collaborate with UX, Product, and Engineering teams to develop AI-driven solutions that accelerate development while ensuring consistency

  • Build reusable AI capabilities that improve engineering efficiency and reduce implementation overhead

  • Influence the organization’s AI strategy by identifying opportunities to improve developer experience and software delivery

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern frontend architecture

  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, system design, and distributed systems

  • Experience building and maintaining design systems, reusable platforms, and shared engineering capabilities

  • Strong knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD, and software quality practices

  • Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and workflows

  • Understanding of specification-driven development methodologies

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, mentoring, and technical leadership skills

  • Ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams and initiatives

Preferred

  • Experience contributing to internal platforms or developer productivity tooling

  • Experience integrating AI capabilities into engineering workflows or products

  • Experience working in scalable, multi-team frontend ecosystems

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

208 000 and 312 000PLN

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
