OVERALL ROLE

The regional account director is responsible for the delivery of our services in each region reporting directly to the global account executive. The Regional Account Director ensures a high level of client satisfaction, establishing and managing the service delivery team, delivering key regional initiatives as well as ensuring consistency in processes, systems, and reporting.  The role also ensures efficient and consistent operation of all facility activities to meet contractual obligations with respect to the property portfolio of the client throughout the Asia Pacific region, achieving the client’s regional outsourcing objectives of cost savings, consistency, and risk management.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the single point of contact for the delivery of services to and serves as the escalation point for the region
  • Manage communication channels between client CRE regional lead and JLL team
  • Ensure all key performance indicators and reporting requirements are maintained
  • Review and report against agreed SLA and KPIs
  • Work closely with the account team to manage delivery services to all facilities under Jones Lang LaSalle management
  • Prepare regular reports to the satisfaction of client
  • Ensure all client and JLL processes and templates are complied with
  • Monitor critical path activities and ensure timely escalation to the global account executive
  • Drive quality and consistency across sites
  • Measure our progress against process implementation, HR turnover, added value initiative, tracking relationship communications and issue resolutions
  • Ensure process and quality consistency across the region
  • Responsible for the management of the team in all countries e.g. recruitment, performance assessment, professional development, and succession planning
  • Communicate operating philosophy, objectives, and expectations to the onsite facilities management teams.
  • Preparing and monitoring the operational budgets Operational cost management and savings.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:  KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Ideal Experience

·        Minimum 10 years’ experience in Facilities Account Management

·        Tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management / Engineering will be advantageous

·        Has handled complex account structures, either running multiple teams, across multiple locations and countries

·        Has experience in handling client and/or Firm sensitivities’ knowing when to escalate with urgency, or how to de-escalate certain risks

·        Has demonstrated experience in balancing the interests of the client with those of the Firm

·        Has experience in translating client needs into existing or new business growth

·        Has handled a P&L
